How it works
Add your participants
Every participant in the tournament has a personal page. Click a name on a match, in the standings or on the Participants or Teams page to open it.
Hand out links and QR codes
On the Participants or Teams page, open Participant QR codes to copy each view link or show its QR code. Export access QR codes (PDF) prints one card per participant with their personal link, so give each card only to its participant. The panel needs Premium.
Participants follow their matches
They open the link or scan the code in the browser on their phone and see their matches, what is next and the scores, with no account and no app.
Click a participant's name on a match, in the standings or on the Participants or Teams page and their personal page opens: every match they have in the tournament, with the date, the location and the score once it is in.
Filter by All, Upcoming or Played, and group the matches by day, by location or in a table.
The page reloads its matches when you come back to it, and a button refreshes them at any time.
It opens in any browser, with no account and no app.
With Premium, the Participant QR codes panel shows each participant's view link and QR code in one place, and Export access QR codes (PDF) prints one card per participant with their personal link, to hand to that participant only.

Why give each participant a page
Only their own matches
The page lists the matches of one team or player from every stage of the tournament, so nobody has to scroll through the whole schedule to find theirs.
What is next, at a glance
Switch to Upcoming to see only the matches still to play, grouped by day, with the time and location of each.
One code per participant
With Premium, copy each participant's view link or show its QR code on screen, or print one card per participant with their personal link, to hand out one by one.
Frequently asked questions
No. The personal page opens in the browser on any phone or computer, from a link, a QR code or a click on the participant's name. There is no account to create and no app to install.
Yes, once you let them. Turning on result reporting needs a Premium plan. Each participant then also has a result link, and on that page they can enter the score of their own matches. Copy it from the Participant QR codes panel, or with Copy Result Link in the participant's menu on the Participants or Teams page.
One card per participant, three to a row, with their name under a QR code of their personal link. When result reporting is on, that link lets them report their results, so give each card only to its participant and never post the sheet publicly. The tournament name sits at the top. Exporting it needs a Premium plan.
The page shows each score once it is entered. It loads the latest matches whenever the participant comes back to the tab, and the refresh button next to their name does the same at any time.
Once a participant opens their result link, their browser remembers it and My matches appears at the top of their page. If the same browser has opened result links for several participants or referees in the tournament, My matches becomes a menu to switch between their pages.
Yes. Anyone following the tournament can open a participant's page by clicking their name, whatever the owner's plan. The Participant QR codes panel, the QR code PDF and turning on result reporting need a Premium plan on the tournament owner's account.
