Drag your matches onto courts and times
A board with one column per court and the day running down the side.
Place, move and swap matches, and drag referees onto them.
Use it on its own or after the automatic scheduler.

How it works
Set up your courts and referees
Add them on the Courts and Referees tabs of the Scheduler and drag the rows into the order you want. The board shows one column per court, in that order. You name each court and referee once, then pick it for any match.
Place the matches
Drag matches from Unplanned onto a court and a time. If you ran the automatic scheduler first, the matches it put on courts are already on the board.
Adjust as the day goes
Move, swap or unschedule matches when plans change, and drag referees onto matches. Every change is saved right away, and the board checks for changes about once a minute.
Open the Scheduler and go to the Manual tab.
Every match without a court waits in the Unplanned list.
Drag one onto a court and a time, drag a placed match somewhere else to move it, or drop it on another placed match to swap the two.
Drag a match back to Unplanned to clear its court and time.
To assign a referee, drag them from the Referees panel onto a match.
The board refuses to drop a match on a court that is already busy at that time, and Undo takes back your last change.

Why plan on a board
Every court in one view
One column per court and the day running down the rows, so you see what is on each court and where there is still room.
Change the plan in one move
Move a match to another court or time, swap two matches, or send one back to Unplanned. Undo takes back the last change.
Referees on the same board
Drag a referee onto a match. Next to each referee you see how many matches they have, so you can share the work out fairly.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Both work on the same matches. When the automatic scheduler finishes, Score7 opens the Manual tab, and the matches it put on courts are on the board, ready to adjust. A change on the board changes the match itself.
Not from the board. If you drop a match on a court that is already busy at that time, the board refuses the move and tells you why. How long a match keeps a court busy comes from the match duration set on the board.
Yes. A knockout match that is still waiting on an earlier match can be placed and moved like any other, so you can plan the whole day in advance.
No. On a phone or tablet, press and hold a match to pick it up. The board also works from the keyboard. Each placed match has a menu too, to move it to another court, unschedule it or pick its referee.
They keep their time and go back to Unplanned, ready to be placed on another court.
No, it is a Premium feature. Changes on the board, and adding, renaming, reordering or deleting courts and referees, need a Premium plan on the tournament owner's account. On the Starter plan you can still set each match's date, time, location and referee one at a time with Update Date, Location & Referee.
