Frequently asked questions
Two or more stages run back to back, with results carrying forward. The most common setup is groups in stage one, followed by a knockout bracket in stage two seeded from the group standings.
Set the number of qualifiers per group in stage settings. Top two from each group is typical. Score7 seeds the bracket from the group standings automatically once the group stage closes.
Yes. Stage one can be round-robin or Swiss; stage two can be single elimination, double elimination or another round-robin. You can also add a third stage if needed for finals or playoffs.
Yes, but with care. Adding teams or changing the format mid-stage may invalidate completed matches. Score7 warns before destructive edits and keeps a record of the original schedule.
