Yes. Every paid plan can be billed yearly for the price of 9 months, so 3 months are free. It renews every year until you cancel.

Yes, from your Subscription page. Monthly to yearly takes effect at once, and the unused part of the month is credited. Yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you paid for, and you can undo it until then.

It does not renew. Premium stays until the end of the year you paid for, and the unused months are not refunded.

Yes. Every paid plan can be prepaid for 1 to 12 months in one payment, at that many monthly prices, and 12 months cost the price of 9. No card is kept and nothing renews. Premium ends by itself on its end date, and we email you 7 days before. Prepaying again adds the months after your current end date.

Yes, with no need to sign in. Choose Get a quote under the plans and enter your organization's name, address, billing email and any reference your finance office needs; if you are not signed in, also enter the email of the Score7 account to activate. Pick a plan and 1 to 12 months, priced as prepaid. You get a quote valid for 30 days with a payment link; if you are not signed in, we also email it to the billing email. Your finance office can pay it by card, or by bank transfer when the quote is in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars. Premium starts on that account when the payment arrives, after any prepaid time it already has. If no account has that email yet, Premium starts when one is created with it.

No. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees and no surprises.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure Stripe-supported payment methods. Payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.

Yes, you can select your preferred currency before completing your payment.

If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Every tournament stays online and can be shared. A tournament where you used any Premium feature needs Premium again to be edited, results included; the others keep working on the Free plan.

A tournament is Active if a match result was updated in the last 30 days.

Not usually. Tournaments stay active for 30 days after their last result update. But at most one completed or deleted tournament in the last 30 days won't count toward your active limit.

No. If a tournament has no results at all, it never counts as Active.

If you delete it within 1 hour of creation, it won't count toward your Active limit (even if a result was added).
